healthhackhub.com is a curated library of plain-language health guides (often as PDFs). You can browse the catalogue, read guide pages, and request a free starter guide by email. There are no account sign-ups or tracking chat widgets on this starter site.
If you email us (including via a mailto form on the free-guide page), we use your address and message only to reply and — if you asked — to send the free starter PDF when it is ready. We do not sell your details.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard server logs (for example IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. Those logs are processed under Spanish and EU data-protection rules as needed to run the service.
